Initially it was decided in a meeting of the Organizing Committee for the Second National Workshop on Instrument Maintenance and Repair that the Organizing Committee would act as an ad hoc Executive Committee (EC) of NITUB until formal Committee is formed. The ad hoc Executive Committee of NITUB framed a constitution of NITUB which was adopted in a general meeting of the members of NITUB in the year 2001. Since then the Executive Committee of NITUB is elected every three years as per constitution of NITUB. The present Executive Committee of NITUB (for the term 2016 – 2018) is as follows;

Staff of NITUB
NITUB has four salaried staff members who are maintaining the office of NITUB Mr. Md. Abul Kalam Chowdhury and Md. Mannan Bhuyan, Instrument Engineers is full time employee of NITUB. NITUB has also two part time staff members of which one is Office Assistant and the other one is Cleaner. .
