All activities of NITUB are being approved in its <b>AGM.<\/b><b><\/b><\/li><li class=\"li1\">The Annual General Meeting of NITUB of the year 2025 <b>(AGM-2025)<\/b> was held in hybrid mode,on <b>Saturday, 02 May 2026 at 4:00 p.m.<\/b> at the training room (room no.112) of the Centre for Advanced Research in Sciences (CARS), University of Dhaka. NITUB published a few user\u2019s manuals such as :<\/p><ul><li><strong>Basic Electronics,<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Common Laboratory Equipment,<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Atomic absorption spectrometer\u00a0(AAS)) `<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bde9d12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bde9d12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In addition to these manuals NITUB also publishes Brochure, Constitution, Profile, manual on instrumentation each year. equipment aimed at supporting higher secondary schools and colleges. In 2022, NITUB engineers successfully developed two essential instruments \u2014 a pH meter and a conductivity meter. The engineers assembled the hardware modules and carried out the necessary programming of the instruments in-house. Initial performance results were satisfactory, demonstrating reliable module connectivity and accurate measurement outputs.<\/p><p>Currently, NITUB engineers are preparing to conduct field testing of these two low-cost instruments. It is anticipated that the pH meter and conductivity meter will soon be provided to selected schools or colleges for practical evaluation in real laboratory settings. Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration and Production Company Limited (BAPEX) of the Government of Bangladesh has signed an agreement with NITUB for maintenance and repair of their instruments on an yearly basis. Novartis has just sent a request for such contractual service for their HPLC machines. In this period 07 IFS grantees (National and Regional) participated in various training programmes of NITUB.
