Since its inception in July 1994, NITUB has been conducting a wide range of specialized training programmes for scientists, engineers, researchers, academicians, laboratory personnel, and industrial knowledge and improve their skill on the use of the equipment. Training programmes are generally limited to 15-20 participants and are run for 5-6 days. Four-six such programmes\/workshops are run pre year. Eich programme includes both theoretical and practical sessions. Circular of training programme is posted in NITUB&#8217;s website (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nitub.org\/\">www.nitub.org<\/a>) as well as hard copies are sent to research organizations and universities by post.<\/p><p>So far, NITUB has conducted 89 th such training programmes through which 1361 scientists, young faculty members, graduate students and technical personnel have been trained. (Details of all training programmes listted\u00a0 in a [<a href=\"https:\/\/nitub.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Training-Programme-Table.pdf\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">Table ,PDF<\/a>).\u00a0 and also shared in the Bar diagram bellow.<\/p><p>The figure below shows a bar chart of the training programmes conducted by NITUB up to 14 June 2026.
